Cannabis content is coming to this year's annual South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas. Next week's event, which boasts a roster of speakers that includes former Vice President of the United States Joseph R. Biden, will feature several panels and talks on the future of the legal cannabis industry.
